1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order is shipped.

To cancel an order, the customer must contact us immediately with the following details:

• Name of the customer
• Registered email or phone number

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be treated as a completed transaction.

2. Cancellation by the Company

• Payment failure or incomplete transaction
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Delivery location not serviceable by courier partners

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
